Jamal has been leading the Facility Management team and Customer Relations for more than 10 years with Granada real estate and believes in value of hard work and he is resourceful at maintaining relationship with tenants while resolving their service related critical issues for running successful business operations and experience of implementing procedures and service standards for business excellence and with high degree of flexibility, adaptability, sincerity and ability to work effectively under pressure.

Nishad is a Senior Accountant with more than 10 years of accounting experience and an in-depth understanding of accounting principles and company practices. He performs complex accounting activities and financial analyses while serving to enforce and monitor compliance with company-wide accounting policies and procedures. Assist with financial and tax audits. He is highly detail-oriented and organized with an ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines. With proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees. He has superior analytical and problem-solving skills along with familiarity with accounting software and programs. He joined Granada Real Estate in 2021.

Raheel Mohammed is an experienced Real Estate professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills and result driven attitude with business acumen. He is an executor with cross functional experience gained across UAE, UK and India, of which 15 years of UAE experience in Real Estate Operations from Pre Sales to Post Sales Management, Business Process Management, Leasing & Property, Facility Management, Customer Relationship Management, Administration, Credit Collections, Litigations, Handover process, snagging, Document Control, MIS Reporting, Event management, Marketing, Project Management and IT. he joined as a Business Development Manager with Granada Real Estate in 2022 with an aim to accomplish corporate plans and goals successfully.
