Granada Real Estate was established in Sharjah in 2014 to manage the Al Zarooni family’s residential and commercial lease business within the Emirate. Granada is the sister company of Al Zarooni Emirates Investments and Mr. Ahmed Al Zarooni serves as the Managing Director.
Al Zarooni Emirates Investments (ZEI) is the UAE holding company managing a strand of Al Zarooni’s family assets in private equity, public equity, investments funds and real estate. In 2009 ZEI became a Limited Liability Company incorporated in the Emirate of Dubai, UAE. ZEI is managed by a combination of family and non-family professionals.
The AlZarooni family has a long history in real estate investments and development, possessing a significant land bank in Dubai and Sharjah.The Company is currently in the process of entering into several development projects and investments. ZEI owns several industrial plots, landmarkdevelopments and key locations in and around Dubai and Sharjah.
